For other items if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days (from when you received the goods) for a full refund or exchange (excluding postage and packaging). Please note that on hygiene grounds we are unable to accept returns of earrings for pierced ears, unless they are found to be faulty. Goods should be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact. We will not be held responsible for goods in transit back to us and therefore strongly advise you to ensure that the merchandise is packaged to prevent damage and returned via recorded post or other secure delivery method. Include your name and address details and confirmation of whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. A telephone number may also be helpul in the event of any query. We will endeavour to refund the cost of the purchase within 5 days of receiving your returned order, but please note that it is out of our control how quickly your bank refunds the money into your account. Refunds will be made in the original form of tender. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed by us in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Goods returned to us damaged or lost goods will not be refunded. Delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
